Q. My web designer is no where to be found, how do I get my administrator privledges.
A. If you own your hosting account you can either log in through that account and reset the information or sometimes depending on the hosting company ask them to do it for you.
If you have your hosting account user name and password and don’t feel comfortable resetting this you can contact us and for a small fee we can go into your account reset the user name and password and give you a brief hands on lesson on how to use the user section, so when we finish you can change the password to resecure your site.
